8th June, 7:30pm. Peter Dunn, ex-employee of Stothert & Pitt, will be giving a talk about the Newark Works at the newly opened Newark Works Creative Hub. Fringe Art Bath have been given the use of the upper floor and several other vacant parts of the site for the duration of the Bath Fringe - 26th May to 11th June - and which is where Peter will be giving his talk. This is an excellent opportunity to view the work done to bring the the Works back into use again and to hear about the work carried out there during Stothert's heyday.
15th May 2023, 7:30pm, All Saints Church, Weston - Richard Williams will be giving his talk on Lower Weston to the Weston Local History Society. This is a repeat of the talk given in January to the History of Bath Research Group. All welcome.
